The German coffee-making expert Nivona will be presenting its latest fully automatic coffee machine, the NIVO 8107, with the innovative Chilled Brew function at this year’s show.

The new brewing process, which creates a completely new range of flavours, was inspired by the cold brew process in which coffee is cold-extracted over a period of hours. Nivona’s Chilled Brew function offers a time-saving alternative that guarantees an intense aroma while releasing less acidity and bitter substances from coffee beans.

Technological innovations for the ultimate coffee experience

This innovative new machine that sits within the Nivona 8000 series ensures even more flavour and efficiency in preparation and cleaning. With the Aroma Balance System, users have five pre-set brewing profiles at their disposal to enjoy the full taste of different roasts. With the new “harmonic” aroma profile, the Nivo 8107 always offers a balanced flavour, regardless of the coffee bean selected.

Comfort and user-friendliness in a sophisticated design

The Nivo 8107 is not only innovative, but also user-friendly. With its large 3.5-inch TFT colour display and one-touch function, operating the coffee maker is intuitive and convenient. Six pre-set coffee specialities, including the most popular ones in Germany, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte macchiato, can be easily prepared. Tall glasses and large coffee cups can also be placed under the height-adjustable, illuminated coffee spout.

High-quality construction for long-lasting coffee enjoyment

Special features such as a brushless motor and the ceramic-free multi-way valve ensure reliable and quiet coffee preparation. The conical grinder made of hardened steel promises long-lasting quality and a pleasant grinding noise.
