The 100th anniversary edition of IFA Berlin attracted more than 215,000 visitors, including more than 133,000 trade visitors, from 138 countries, in an event packed with innovation and entertainment.
More than 1,800 exhibitors showed off cutting-edge innovation in consumer electronics and home appliances. Artificial intelligence, sustainability and digital health were among the major themes of the show this year.
The show featured panels and speeches from 150 speakers, including keynotes from Dr Reinhard Zinkann, Executive Director and Co-Proprietor of the Miele Group; Mark Barrocas, CEO of SharkNinja; Dr Karsten Wildberger, CEO of MediaMarktSaturn; and the acclaimed singer, actress and philanthropist Nicole Scherzinger.
With attendance up 18 percent from last year, IFA saw a surge in visitors from the United States, Italy, France, Poland, Korea and the United Kingdom.
