Nivona is presenting its latest coffee-maker, the Nivo 8107, the brand’s most advanced to date, at IFA 2024. Apart from its new modern design in Pearl Blue, the Nivo 8107 boasts a number of features that let users personalise their coffee-making experience.
Hot or cold? Coffee connoisseurs can decide with the Nivona Nivo 8107. The new Chilled Brew function for cooled coffee specialties inspired by the cold brew process in which coffee is cold-extracted over a period of hours, Nivona’s Chilled Brew function is ideal for creating fruity, cold refreshments, or as a base for creative coffee cocktails.
With the brand’s Aroma Balance System, users can also choose between five different brewing profiles, allowing them to enjoy the full flavour of different roasts. Coffee strength, with five stages to choose from; grinding degree; and hot coffee temperatures, with 3 stages to choose from, are also up to coffee aficionados using the machine.
The Nivo 8107 comes pre-set with six coffee specialties as well as a hot water function and hot milk, and users have three recipes for the chilled versions as well. Coffee quantity can also be adjusted (approximately 20-240 ml) while the Nivona Nivo 8107 also provides a two-cup function. In addition, tall glasses and large coffee cups can also be placed under the height-adjustable, illuminated coffee spout.
Not only does the Nivo 8107 offer users a wide range of choices, it is easy to operate, thanks to its large 3.5-inch TFT colour display and the one-touch function, and simple to clean and maintain with a removable brewing unit and an automatic care programme for descaling and cleaning.
